Mira vs Inito vs Premom: Hormone Testing at Home (2026)
Mira and Inito are monitors that read hormone levels from urine, while Premom is an app that scans ordinary ovulation test strips and charts the LH line. This guide compares which hormones each one reads, what the hardware and refills cost, how the results reach (or don't reach) Apple Health, and who each suits, all checked against each company's own pages as of October 2026.

This comparison is published by Holland Neurotech Inc., the company behind Veya. Veya is not a hormone monitor, so we have no stake in which of these three you pick. We've described each from its own published pages and listings. If Mira, Inito or Premom fits your situation, use it.
Quick Answer
Mira and Inito are the two that read more than LH. Premom reads LH only, from strips you photograph.
- Up to four hormones per wand, with five wand types: Mira. Its Ultra4 wand reads LH, E3G, PdG and FSH, and the Ultra4 kit starts at $249.[1]
- Lowest listed starter price for a multi-hormone reader: Inito. The starter kit shows $119 (struck-through $169) with 15 strips, and 15 refill strips are $49.[2]
- Free app with an LH scan: Premom. The app is free with in-app purchases, and its listing describes scanning ovulation tests to quantify LH levels.[3]
The Short Version
All three help you find your fertile window from urine. They differ in what they read and what you pay for the reading.

Which Hormones Does Each One Measure?
Mira reads up to four hormones depending on the wand: Ultra4 wands read LH, E3G, PdG and FSH, Max wands read LH, E3G and PdG, and Plus wands read LH and E3G.[1] Inito reads LH, estrogen (E3G), PdG and FSH from one strip.[2] Premom's listing describes LH scanning only.[3]
What the hormones tell you
The LH surge is the spike that comes shortly before ovulation. E3G is a urine marker of estrogen that rises as the follicle matures. PdG is a urine marker of progesterone, which rises after ovulation. FSH is the fourth signal both monitors offer. Our explainer on at-home hormone tests covers how the four differ.
Mira
Mira's shop lists five wand types: Ultra4, Max, Plus, Ovum (FSH only) and Confirm (PdG only).[1] Its App Store listing says the Mira app is free, has no in-app purchases, and that the hormone tracker hardware is not necessary to use the app.[5]
Inito
Inito's site and App Store listing both name estrogen, LH, PdG and FSH.[2][4] The company is Samplytics, and the listing shows 5.3K ratings averaging 4.9 out of 5 as of October 2026.[4]
Premom
Premom is made by Easy Healthcare Corporation. Its listing says you can scan your ovulation tests and quantify your LH levels, chart temperatures from a Bluetooth thermometer, and sync BBT or wrist temperature with Apple Health. It shows 60K ratings averaging 4.8.[3] We didn't find wording on the listing about reading estrogen, PdG or FSH, so we describe it as LH-focused.
How Much Do Mira, Inito and Premom Cost?
As of October 16, 2026, the Mira Ultra4 kit starts at $249 for the analyzer plus 20 wands, and Inito's starter kit shows $119 (with a struck-through $169) for the reader plus 15 strips. Premom's app is free with in-app purchases, and strips are a separate purchase whose price we couldn't confirm.[1][2][3]
Mira
Mira's shop page shows the Ultra4 kit "from $249.00", described with 20 test wands, and says free shipping starts at $169.[1] The shop encourages subscribing to wands for savings, but we couldn't read per-pack or per-wand prices from it, so we don't quote them. Check the shop before you budget for a full cycle of testing.
Inito
Inito's buy page lists the starter kit at $119 against a struck-through $169, which includes the InSight Wireless Reader and 15 fertility strips. A refill pack of 15 strips is $49.[2] By our arithmetic that's about $3.27 per strip. How many strips a cycle uses depends on how often you test.
Premom
The App Store lists Premom as free with in-app purchases, and its Premium options appear at several price points between $12.99 and $37.99 with no period labels.[3] Premom's strip prices were not on the pages we could read, so we leave them out.
Do Mira, Inito and Premom Sync With Apple Health?
Premom's listing says it syncs with Apple Health to export or import BBT or wrist-temperature data. Neither Mira nor Inito lists an Apple Health integration as of October 2026, and Apple Health has no field for an LH, E3G or PdG concentration anyway, only a result category such as an LH surge.[3][6][7]
Our two walk-throughs cover this in detail: Does Mira sync with Apple Health? and Does Inito sync with Apple Health? Mira's listing does name an Oura Ring integration, which shows temperature trends, Sleep Score and Readiness Score inside the Mira app.[5]
In practice, Premom is the one that can put wrist or basal temperature next to your other Health data. Mira and Inito keep their hormone numbers in their own apps, so a dated screenshot of each cycle's chart is the simplest backup.
Which One Suits Trying to Conceive, Perimenopause or Irregular Cycles?
For trying to conceive, all three aim at the fertile window, and the choice comes down to how many hormones you want to see and what you want to pay per cycle. For perimenopause and irregular cycles, the four-hormone options give you more data points to look at. None of the three diagnoses anything.
Trying to conceive
Mira and Inito add E3G and PdG to LH, so you can see estrogen rise before the surge and PdG after it. Premom keeps it to the LH line, which can be enough if you mainly want to time the surge. Our fertility tracking app comparison and ovulation tracker comparison cover the app-only alternatives, and the Premom vs Flo comparison goes deeper on Premom.
Perimenopause tracking
Mira's shop sells an Ultra4 kit configuration for perimenopause in its current promotion, and FSH is one of the hormones its Ultra4 and Ovum wands read.[1] Inito also lists FSH.[4] If you're tracking perimenopause, our perimenopause tracking app comparison covers the app side. These monitors show readings, and they don't tell you what a pattern means.
PCOS-type and irregular cycles
Irregular cycles make a calendar guess for the fertile window less reliable, so some people prefer a monitor that logs several hormones daily. That's a reason to consider Mira or Inito, not a diagnosis. For what to log alongside, see our PCOS tracking app comparison and, for another daily sign, apps that track cervical mucus.
What Do They Do With Your Data?
On public record, Premom's maker Easy Healthcare is the only one of the three with an FTC action we found: the FTC and Department of Justice announced a proposed order on May 17, 2023, with a $100,000 civil penalty, over sharing health data with third parties.[8] We did not review Mira's or Inito's privacy policies line by line, so read them before you connect.
Per the FTC, the order would also bar Easy Healthcare from sharing users' health data with third parties for advertising. Attorneys general in Connecticut, Oregon and the District of Columbia announced a parallel settlement the same day.[8] Premom's site now lists a Privacy Policy and a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.[9]
Where Does Veya Fit?
Veya isn't a hormone monitor, but it can import Mira and Inito readings from a chart screenshot. It reads sleep, HRV, wrist temperature and cycle data from Apple Health, along with the Ovulation Test Result category, and lets you log a strip result or a urine LH number in mIU/mL yourself.[10]
In the Veya web app, choose "Mira chart screenshot" or "Inito chart screenshot", upload a screenshot of your chart and check the readings against it before saving. For Inito, the table view gives exact values. Our step-by-step import guide walks through it.
Imported readings are stored as monitor readings, separate from lab urine metrics. Premom, Oova, Proov and Clearblue screenshots aren't supported yet, and neither are PDF exports. Veya is iOS only, with a web app for other platforms, and Mira, Inito and Premom each have a hormone-reading feature Veya doesn't.
How We Compared
First-hand, on October 16, 2026, we opened the Mira shop page, Inito's home and buy pages, Premom's site, and the App Store listings for Mira, Inito and Premom. For Apple Health we used Apple's developer documentation, and for privacy the FTC's press release. We used no review sites or secondary summaries. A price or feature we couldn't read from a company's own page is marked as unconfirmed. No company paid for placement or reviewed this page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which hormones does Mira measure compared with Inito?
Mira's Ultra4 wands read LH, E3G, PdG and FSH, while its Max wands read LH, E3G and PdG and its Plus wands read LH and E3G. Inito reads LH, estrogen (E3G), PdG and FSH from one strip. Both are listed on each company's own pages.
How much does Inito cost compared with Mira?
Inito's buy page shows a $119 starter kit (against a struck-through $169) with 15 strips, and a $49 refill of 15 strips. Mira's Ultra4 kit starts at $249 with 20 wands. Wand prices aren't quoted here because we couldn't read them from Mira's shop.
Does Premom measure hormones?
Premom's App Store listing describes scanning ovulation tests to quantify LH levels, plus temperature charting. It doesn't describe reading estrogen, PdG or FSH, so it's best thought of as an LH-focused app.
Do Mira or Inito work with Apple Health?
Neither lists an Apple Health integration as of October 2026, and Apple Health has no data type for hormone concentrations. You can check your own version in the Health app under your profile picture, then Privacy, then Apps.
Is a hormone monitor useful for perimenopause?
Mira and Inito both list FSH among the hormones they read, and Mira sells a perimenopause kit configuration. They show you numbers, not what the numbers mean.
Can these tools tell me if I have PCOS?
None of them can. Mira, Inito and Premom track ovulation-related hormones and don't diagnose conditions such as PCOS.
Where does Veya fit if I already use a monitor?
Veya can read Apple Health wearable data and can import Mira or Inito readings from a chart screenshot, so they sit beside your sleep and cycle data. Keep the monitor's app for the live curves.
