Does Inito Export Your Data? Yes, It Offers a PDF Chart
Inito's own blog describes a PDF export of your chart, even though its App Store listing and FAQ page don't mention one. This guide covers where to find it, what it can and can't do, and how to bring Inito readings into Veya.
Quick Answer: Does Inito Export Your Data?
Yes. Inito's own blog describes a PDF export of your chart, which you start from the Chart page with the share icon.[1] You need at least one complete cycle of testing first.[1]
Inito's App Store listing and FAQ page don't mention an export, which is why it's easy to miss.[2][3]
Educational content about how these tools work, not medical advice. For questions about your own results, please consult your doctor. We make Veya, an app mentioned in this guide, and we've tried to be fair to Inito, which we think makes a good monitor.
Does Inito export your data?
Yes, as a PDF of your chart. Inito's own blog gives the steps: open the Inito app, go to the Chart page, tap the share icon at the top right next to the info icon, pick colour or black-and-white, then save or send the PDF.[1] The same post notes that you need at least one complete cycle of testing before you can export.[1]
We checked three places for this. Inito's blog describes the export. The App Store listing and the FAQ page don't mention it.[1][2][3] That gap is why we wrote an earlier answer, in our Inito and Apple Health post, saying we couldn't find an export. We've updated that post now that we've found the blog.
If you're reading this because the button is missing, the one-cycle requirement is the first thing to check. A new account with less than one full cycle of tests may not be able to export yet.
What does the Inito PDF contain, and what can't it do?
Inito's PDF export is a copy of your Inito chart, saved as a file you can keep or send. Inito's instructions let you choose a colour or black-and-white version, and they don't describe the contents in more detail.[1] Open one yourself to see how your version lays it out.
There are a few things we didn't find described anywhere we looked. The instructions we read mention a PDF and no spreadsheet or CSV file.[1] Inito's listing, FAQ and blog don't mention Apple Health or HealthKit either, so there's no stated route from the app into the Health app.[1][2][3] We've written about that question separately in Does Inito sync with Apple Health? We also couldn't find a unit printed beside the hormone numbers in Inito's own materials, so we won't state one here.[1]
None of this is a criticism. A chart PDF is a sensible thing to hand a clinician or keep as a record, and Inito's monitor is the thing doing the measuring. The limits matter when you want the numbers to sit next to your sleep, cycle and symptoms.
How do you get Inito readings into Veya?
Veya imports Inito readings from a screenshot in the web app. It doesn't read the PDF yet, so skip the export and screenshot the table view in the Inito app, as our import guide recommends.
The steps are short. Open app.myveya.com/import, pick "Inito chart screenshot" and upload your screenshot. Veya reads LH, E3G and PdG for each cycle day, plus FSH where your chart shows it, and puts them beside your screenshot on the review screen. You can edit a value, change a day or swap two series before anything is saved. Then you save to your hormone history. Our step-by-step import guide walks through each screen.
Once saved, your readings sit in Veya beside your sleep, cycle and symptom history, so you can look at how they move together over time. If you use the iPhone app, it reads Apple Health wearable data and Apple Health ovulation test results, and you can log LH results by hand. The same screenshot import is coming to the iPhone app in an upcoming update. Veya doesn't import Oova, Premom, Proov or Clearblue charts yet either.
To see what each of those hormones tells you, our guide to what each at-home test measures compares them, and the encyclopedia covers E3G, the LH surge and PdG.
What stays in the Inito app after you export?
Everything stays in Inito. Exporting a PDF or taking a screenshot copies your chart and leaves your data in the Inito app. The app remains the home of your readings, and the monitor is what produces them, so keep testing the way you already do.
A habit that helps is saving a PDF or a dated screenshot at the end of each cycle. That gives you your own record outside any one app. If you're comparing monitors, we lay out how Mira, Inito and Premom differ in our three-way comparison, and if you use Mira too, our guide to exporting your Mira data covers its Doctor's Report PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Educational information based on published sources and the pages cited below, fetched October 18, 2026. Not medical advice.
Does Inito export your data?
Yes. Inito's own blog describes a PDF export of your chart. You open the Chart page, tap the share icon, pick colour or black-and-white, then save or send the PDF. Inito says you need at least one complete cycle of testing first. Inito's App Store listing and FAQ page don't mention it.
Can you export Inito data as a CSV?
We didn't find a CSV or spreadsheet export described by Inito. The instructions we read describe a PDF of your chart. If you need a file you can sort, ask Inito support whether one exists for your account.
Why can't you find the export option in the Inito app?
Inito's blog says you need at least one complete cycle of testing to export, so a brand-new account may not be able to export yet. The share icon sits at the top right of the Chart page, next to the info icon. Features can change between app versions, so Inito support is the place to confirm.
Can Veya read an Inito PDF export?
Not yet. Veya doesn't read PDF exports today. It does import Inito readings from a screenshot of your chart in the web app, and you check the readings beside your screenshot before saving. The iPhone app gets the same import in an upcoming update.

How we checked: on October 18, 2026 we read Inito's blog post on reading your chart, Inito's App Store listing and Inito's FAQ page, looking for any mention of export, PDF, CSV, Apple Health and units. Only the blog describes an export. Where a page didn't say something, we've written that it doesn't say, and we haven't guessed. Inito can change its app and help pages at any time, so check your own version.
