Medical Disclaimer
Go Go Gaia is a health tracking app and educational resource — not a medical service.
Last updated: May 2026
The short version
Content on this site and in the Go Go Gaia app is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it does not replace a relationship with a healthcare provider, and it should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health concern, contact your doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Not medical advice
The information provided by Holland Neurotech Inc. through the Go Go Gaia website (www.go-go-gaia.com), the Go Go Gaia mobile application, our blog posts, comparison guides, calculators, and any related materials (collectively, the "Service") is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.
The Service does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. Reading our content, using our app, or interacting with our tools does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Holland Neurotech Inc.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider
Before making any decisions about your health — including starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, supplement, diet, or exercise program — speak with a licensed healthcare provider who knows your medical history.
This is especially important if you:
- Are pregnant, trying to conceive, or postpartum
- Are managing a chronic condition such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, perimenopause, thyroid disease, or an autoimmune condition
- Take prescription medication or hormonal contraception
- Have any new, severe, persistent, or unusual symptoms
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this site or in the app.
Medical emergencies
If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not rely on the Service.
- In the United States, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
- In the UK, call 999 or 111.
- In other regions, contact your local emergency number.
- For mental health crises in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Examples of symptoms that need urgent care include heavy bleeding, severe abdominal or pelvic pain, chest pain, signs of stroke, signs of severe pregnancy complications, reduced fetal movement, or thoughts of self-harm.
Go Go Gaia is a tracking tool, not a medical device
Go Go Gaia helps you log and visualize cycle data, symptoms, mood, habits, and other health inputs. Predictions (such as expected period dates, fertile windows, or pregnancy week estimates) are statistical estimates based on the data you enter. They are not diagnoses, they are not contraceptive guidance, and they should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decision.
Go Go Gaia is not a contraceptive, fertility treatment, or diagnostic device, and it has not been evaluated by the FDA, MHRA, or any other regulatory body as a medical device.
Accuracy and limitations
We work hard to make our educational content accurate and to keep it consistent with current research on women's health. Even so, medical knowledge evolves, and individual health situations vary. We make no warranty that the content on the Service is complete, current, or applicable to your specific situation.
Where we cite research, sources, or third-party tools, those references are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsements.
External links and third-party content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or studies. Holland Neurotech Inc. does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any decisions you make based on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holland Neurotech Inc. and its team are not liable for any health outcome, loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk and is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
