Your watch already knows your cycle. Veya shows what it means.

Your Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, or WHOOP is already recording temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep. On iPhone, Veya reads that data through Apple Health and sets it against your cycle phases, so you can see your own pattern in each phase.

Veya trends screen showing resting heart rate, sleep, and hydration over 13 weeks, with a note tagged to a cycle phase and day

Built for wearable owners

Reads your Apple Health data

Apple Watch data syncs automatically through Apple Health. Veya reads sleeping wrist temperature, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, and sleep.

Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, and more

Oura and WHOOP sync once Apple Health permissions are on in their apps. Garmin data comes in through Garmin Connect into Apple Health. Fitbit and Pixel Watch, Ultrahuman, and RingConn also flow in through Apple Health. In the web app, Oura and Withings connect directly.

Phase-by-phase patterns

Veya tags what your wearable records with your cycle phase, so you can look at your resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep in each phase of your own cycles.

Connection insights

Veya looks across your wearable data and your logs for patterns from your own history, like cramps that are worse on days with poor sleep.

No morning thermometer

Temperature and sleep arrive on their own from your wearable, so there is nothing extra to remember each morning.

Log from your wrist

Veya has an Apple Watch app, and you can log by speaking, from your phone or your wrist.

See how it all connects

Apple Health shows each signal on its own screen. Veya puts wearable temperature, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep next to your period dates, symptoms, mood, and workouts, then looks for patterns in your own data. Want the background on what a watch can and can't see? Read how wearables track your cycle, Apple Watch cycle estimates explained, and HRV and resting heart rate across the cycle.

Wearable data is sensitive. Your data is encrypted and stored securely, and Veya doesn't run ads or sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete what you've logged at any time.
