Did Ovia Shut Down or Merge Its Apps?
Ovia did not shut down. Per Ovia's App Store listing, version 7.2.0 (May 27, 2025) merged the Ovia and Ovia Pregnancy apps into one, and the app is now branded Ovia Health by Labcorp. A separate Ovia Parenting & Baby Tracker app is listed under the same developer. Check the App Store release notes for the latest changes.
Some background helps here. Labcorp announced on August 12, 2021 that it had acquired Ovia Health. The App Store listing says users whose employer or health plan covers Ovia can enter their plan information to unlock premium tools such as health coaching and programs for birth control tracking, endometriosis and PCOS.
If you used a standalone Ovia Pregnancy app and were redirected, the listing says former Ovia Pregnancy users can log in with the same email and password.
