Common questions
How do I add a symptom?
Open the logging options in Veya and choose symptoms, then pick what you are feeling and how strong it is. You can add a note, and change the time if it happened earlier.
How do I add a medication or treatment?
Go to the Profile tab and look for your medications and treatments. Add the name, the dose and how often you take it, and you can log doses from there or from the logging options.
How do I log a temperature, or import many at once?
You can log a single temperature from the logging options. If you use Apple Health or a connected device, readings can come in automatically, so you do not have to enter them one by one.
Can I switch between °C and °F?
Yes. Units are a setting you can change from the Profile tab, and your past readings will show in whichever unit you pick.
How do I export a report for my doctor?
From the Profile tab, look for the option to create a report to share with your doctor. You can pick the time range, then save it or send it from your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions, so cancelling happens in your iPhone settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Veya. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I restore a purchase?
From the Profile tab, look for the option to restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought with. If it does not come back, email me and I will help.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on our servers so it is there when you sign in on a new phone. You can delete your account and your data from the Profile tab at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab and look for the option to delete your account. This removes your account and the data attached to it. If you get stuck, email me.
How do I change the app's language?
Pick your language in settings from the Profile tab. The change applies the next time you open Veya, so close the app fully and reopen it.
